Windows movie maker help?

i was making one of those music video things on windows movie maker with lots of different video clips and photos, and now quite a lot of the slides say when i click on them 'file missing' when they were working five minutes ago! most of my work has gone now and i took 3 hours on it:( any help would be appreciated thanks:(
