Best headphone for me?

My favorite at the moment is the Bowers and Wilkins P5. Very well made, they look gorgeous, and sound even better.... They fit all of your requirements, and cost $300. If I were you I'd check out reviews on a href="http://www.head-fi.org" rel="nofollow"http://www.head-fi.org/a and see if you think they're worth auditioning. If you decide not, I'm sure the reviewers will suggest other alternatives...
