Experienced Chef wanting to branch off...do you have any ideas please?!?

My FIL has been cooking and teaching about drugs, life changes, and being positive, intwining spiritual messages along the way. He has been in news paper articles, segments on the news, had a cooking show, and continues to do clips on youtube. He is now trying to get his name out in the media seeing that he is ready to take his career to another step. We are trying to find creative ways and ideas to get his name and his delicious cooking and techniques out "there" and talked about. He even has his own seasoning product line. Please help what are some creative or just typical things you can think of? Thanks a lot in advance!
