There's ISO9000 Assessor, ISO9000 Lead Assessor and membership of a professional QA body. Your major isn't particularly important for the first two but is for the professional membership where the number of audits you have to complete as an entrance requirement are reduced depending on your qualifications. If you do an Assessor or Lead Assessor make sure the course is based on the latest version of the ISO9000 standard. There are residential boot camps where you can get qualified in a little over a week. Professional membership takes much longer due to the audit requirement.
