What will a dentist think when he looks in my mouth?

I'm going to the dentist tonight. It's been a year since my last visit. I'm sure I have on cavity; the dentist could see it on my x-ray the last time I was there. It was in my tooth before it came in! But I think I have another cavity too. I'm an ok brusher, I forget sometimes. I floss sometimes. Not every day, but every couple days. What will the dentist think when he looks in my mouth. My gums bleed really easily too.
