Why is alot of televised reunion shows for reality television mostly made up of cast members arguing/fighting?

with eachother. When they flash back at some clip, there's always some people arguing. Nowadays, atleast. For examples it's been this case such as, The Bacholorette, some young game show for MTV, Watch What Happens Live: Real House Wives of Miami on Bravo, and ect ect.
