Is this considered Hippa Violation?

I work in the medical field, and I was just notified by my manager that a medical record staff found my clip board lying around in the cafe lounge. The staff reported it to Hospital compliance officer. My clip board included my patients information on them. Their treatments, diagnoses, name, medical record number, room number. Now they are investigating, and I'm awaiting their response. Am I in big trouble?
